There is a refundable security deposit of $500 for Wright House reservations as well as a non-refundable $50 + tax administration fee. Event stays (such as wedding receptions) will have a higher refundable security deposit. A contract is required for all Wright House stays. Please note that from mid-May through mid-October, this rental is a Sunday to Sunday rental only.
