The big front porch of this cottage is a big draw to guests year after year. The original hardwood floors have recently been restored throughout the cottage. This 3 bedroom oceanside cottage features a bedroom with a queen, 2 bedrooms with a double bed, a living/dining room combination, kitchen and bath (shower not tub). A TV is located in each bedroom as well as in the living room area. Guests also have the use of the outdoor pool located at our adjacent property. Sleeping 6, this cottage is perfect for a family getaway. When rented with the upstairs cottage (cottage 265), it can be a great getaway for a small family reunion for 12 or a friends’ getaway.
