Cottage Information

All units have Cable TV and Air Conditioning

Units 264, 266, 267, 268, 269 & 270 (second floor)
Oceanside, 3 bedrooms (2 w/one double bed each, 1 w/two twin beds), living room, kitchen, full bath, 2 TV's and a VCR. Sleeps 6.

Units 171 (first floor) and 271 (second floor)
Oceanfront, 2 bedrooms (1 w/one double bed, 1 w/two double beds), living room, kitchen, full bath, 2 TV's with VCR's and a DVD player. Sleeps 6.

Unit 172 (first & second floor)
Oceanfront, 4 bedrooms (2 w/one double bed, 2 w/ two double beds), living room, dining room, kitchen w/ dishwasher, 2 full baths. Great room upstairs, 4 TV's, 2 VCR's and a DVD player. Sleeps 12.

Units 182 (first floor) and 282 (second floor)
Oceanfront, 3 bedrooms (1 w/ two double beds, 1 w/ one double bed, 1 w/ two twin beds) living/kitchen comb., 2 full baths, dishwasher, 2 TVs with VCRs, and a DVD player. An enclosed outside shower and a laundry room with exterior entrance (with a washer/dryer) is shared by both cottages. Sleeps 8.

Unit 280 (first & second floor)
6 bedrooms (1 w/ king, 1 w/ two twins, 2 w/ one double, 1 w/ queen, 1 w/ set of bunk beds), living/ dining comb., kitchen, 3 1/2 baths, dishwasher, 6 TVs with VCRs, and a DVD player. And enclosed outside shower, and a laundry room with an exterior entrance contains a washer and dryer. Sleeps 12.

Units 161 & 163 (first floor)
3 bedrooms (2 w/ one double bed, 1 w/ two twin beds), living room, kitchen, full bath, 2 TV's and a VCR. Sleeps 6.

Unit 165 (first floor)
3 bedrooms (3 w/ one double bed), living/dining room, kitchen, bath. Screened porch, 2 TV's and a VCR. Sleeps 6.

Unit 265 (second floor)
3 bedrooms (2 w/ one double bed, 1 w/ one twin bed), living/dining/kitchen combination, bath, 2 TV's and a VCR. Sleeps 5.

Unit 138 (first floor)
2 bedrooms (1 w/2 double beds, 1 w/1 double bed), large living room, kitchen, bath, TV, & screened-in porch with duneview.

Unit 238 (second floor)
1 bedroom (1 w/ two double beds, & w/ one twin bed), living (w/ one double bed) kitchen, full bath, deck facing ocean, 2 TV's with VCR's. Sleeps 7.

Unit 148 - West Side Beach Road
3 bedrooms (2 w/ one double bed, 1 w/ two double beds) 1 1/2 baths, living room, kitchen.

Reservation Information

DEPOSIT INFO FOR ALL RESERVATIONS:
Half of the total amount is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining half is due 45 days prior to arrival. If you arriving within 45 days of making your reservation, the total amount due must be paid immediately by credit card. We cannot accept personal checks within 45 days of arrival.

CANCELLATION INFO FOR ALL RESERVATIONS:
There are no refunds for cancellations within 14 days of arrival. A cancellation fee of 25% of the total amount due will be charged for a cancellation occurring prior to 14 days of arrival (the remainder is refunded in the manner in which it was paid).

*All guests must be 21 years of age and older to register and occupy a cottage. This does not mean that a family unit must all be 21 or older—but all non-family units must be 21 years of age and older.

*PRE-RESERVATIONS:
A guest may book their same week in the same cottage a year in advance, however a non-refundable, non-transferable $50 pre-reservation fee must be paid prior to check out. If a guest checks out and does not pay the pre-reservation fee—their cottage will be open immediately for booking upon departure. This fee may be paid by: credit card, cash, or personal check.

If a guest keeps their reservation for the following year, the $50 will be applied to their final deposit due. If a guest cancels their pre-reservation, the $50 will be maintained by Wilbur Wright Associates.

*LINEN POLICY:
Fresh linen (sheets, towels, pillowcases) will be provided for your unit, however beds will not be made prior to arrival. Linen is not refreshed after check in. Trash liners, toilet tissue, and bath soap are not provided for your stay. Beach & pool towels are not provided for your stay.

*Special holiday/even rates may apply to your reservation. Rates are subject to change at any time until a deposit has been received and confirmed. All rates are subject to NC Sales Tax.

*Check in time is 4:00 PM.
Cottages will not be available for check in before 4 pm on the day of your scheduled arrival.

*Check out time is 10:00 AM.
In order to serve all guests equally, we ask that you check out promptly by 10 am in order to avoid late check out fees.

*Prior to departure, guests are responsible for light housekeeping (washing dishes/putting them away, taking out all trash, emptying out the refrigerators). A housekeeping fee up to $150 will be charged for rooms left in disarray.

*NO PETS ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES!
